The fun doesn’t have to stop! Steal a little more time before heading home and drive 3 miles west on Route 23 to the historic Mount Washington House. Located in the center of the hamlet, this 133 year old landmark’s original tavern has antique tin embossed walls and ceilings, an original mahogany bar and three pool tables for a little friendly competition. Reasonable pub style menu features burgers, wings, quesadillas, salads, vegetarian selections and daily specials. With plenty of parking, you can stroll the hamlet’s shops and boutiques after unwinding a bit. Live music most weekends. Open 4pm Monday – Saturday. Closed Sundays.

Located only 25 minutes west of Catamount via Route 23 in historic Hudson. American Glory is a restaurant and full catering company. Housed in a masterfully renovated old red brick firehouse and specializing in Legendary Wood Smoked BBQ and Classic American Comfort Foods and also offering many vegetarian and gluten-free options. The old house has 2 levels – Pub level and a 2nd floor with a spacious dining room with seating for 100. There is also a small private dining room with a fireplace.
